Whilst I was working in India for the last few months of 2007, I noticed when I got a rick to go anywhere they are each personalised, even down to their meter for the amount of money you owe. I was fascinated by these and documented each rick I then went in until I left. The painted letters or stickers saying 'Don't touch me' were so fascinating, especially when they had been tampered with by the public, (peeling letters off, scratching the paint off) and the natural weathering. This dial-like structure is made from the photos I took whilst documenting this.
