Here are some of my spreads of a book of compositions I have made for my self-initiated project for my degree. I have looking into the relationship between sound and light and this lead onto colours. These grids were coloured by people I asked using the 6 colours of the spectrum, I then transferred the grids into music. The grid structure was designed so that there were 4 equal beats (1 beat = one square) to a (musical) bar, (a bar = a row on the grid) so each composition is 10 bars.
The work is now progressing onto everyday sounds and interpreting them.
